I walked part of the Camino in 2017 at age 59. Unfortunately, I pulled a muscle in my back early on, so I could only walk at most 10km per day. It was easy to find accommodation every night. I actually sent a bag ahead every morning using the wonderful transport services. Eventually, I was able to increase my distance to around 15 - 18 km per day.
